Director & Advisor
Sunil Kondala is our Investor & Advisor with over 20 years of experience in Entrepreneurship and Global Leadership in Business Strategy and Sales, Product and Technical Innovation, Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to this, he co-founded a Healthcare AI company called Enlightiks which was later acquired by Practo. He was also a Venture Partner at Pavestone Capital Fund.Sunil comes with extensive experience in building, deploying and supporting large scale Enterprise grade products in SAAS model for global clientele.Sunil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
Lakshmi Manasa Kasivajjula
CEO & Co-Founder
Lakshmi Manasa Kasivajjula is a founder and industry practitioner working at the intersection of regulatory science, data strategy, and AI in pharmaceuticals. As CEO & Co-Founder of DeepForrest AI, she is focused on building platforms like Harmony that help regulatory and quality teams move from fragmented documentation workflows to connected regulatory intelligence systems, enabling faster, more compliant, and knowledge-driven submissions.
Ramu Chilakamarri
Vice President, AI and Data Science
Ramu Chilakamarri leads the AI Product and Engineering function at Deepforrest.ai, driving the development and delivery of production-grade AI solutions. With over 12 years of experience in analytics and applied AI, he has worked extensively with large healthcare, banking, and retail organizations to deliver scalable, high-impact outcomes.
His current focus is on the pharma domain, where he designs and deploys solutions powered by Generative AI and agentic architectures-moving beyond proof-of-concepts to create measurable, real-world impact.
Shivaprasad Potharaju
Principal Architect
With over 10 years of experience in software engineering and applied AI, Shiva Prasad designs and delivers scalable, production-grade AI and data platforms. His core expertise includes Generative AI, machine learning, computer vision, and cloud-native architectures across Azure and AWS. He has built advanced RAG systems, multimodal AI solutions, and document intelligence platforms. Shiva brings strong hands-on experience working with Pharma and healthcare teams to build AI-driven pharma applications, including regulatory document processing, knowledge discovery, and automation of complex data workflows. He understands the challenges of regulated environments and focuses on building reliable, compliant, and high-impact solutions aligned with pharma business needs.
